Warhol: Coca-Colas, Bananas and Marilyns
NY’s Metropolitan Museum of Art is presenting Warhol’s works alongside with rethinking by other artists.
Andy Warhol’s enormous impact on contemporary art has been a matter of discussion for the last half-century.
However no exhibition has fully represented the extend or nature of this influence. New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art is presenting for public view Warhol’s forty five works alongside with hundreds of his art’s reinterpretation, rethinking or react by other artists.
The exhibition will be held under title Regarding Warhol:Sixty Artists, Fifty Years and open for visitors until December 30, 2012.
